Ubi Kentang Goreng Sambal | Assalamualaikum.. Hai, Cik Ash harap semuanya berada dalam keadaan sihat walafiat ya..


Entri ni dah lama tersimpan dalam draf hahahha, lupa nak publish sebab terlupa share dekat blog biasa la terlupa bila masak menu simple ni, Sekali sekala masak menu simple begini sedap juga kan. Sambal buat kering tak ada kuah makan dengan nasi yang panas, buat senang dan mudah hihihihi. Lagi pulak tahan lama tak perlu dipanas berulang-ulang pun. Jom kita tengok resepi dekat bawah ni :-

Resepi Ubi Kentang Goreng Sambal

Bahan-Bahan
3 biji ubi kentang (di potong weges)
10 cili kering (kalau nak pedas tambah cili kering)
1 biji bawang besar
2 biji bawang putih
1 sudu kfc garam
1 sudu kfc secukup rasa
2 sudu besar gula

Cara membuatnya :-
1. Ubi kentang yang di potonf weges digorengkan hingga kekuningan, toskan minyak atas pelapij tisu.
2. Bawang besar, bawang putih, cili kisar dikisar hingga halus.
3. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, lepas itu masukkan bahan yang di kisar,tumis hingga bahan kisar pecah minyak.
4. Gaul sehingga masak, masukkan gula terlebih dahulu itu cara orang kelantan sebab nak bagi sambal nampak merah lepas tu baru la masukkan garam, secukup rasa.
5. Bila sambal dah masak sempurna boleh la masukkan ubi kentang yang dah gorang tadi gaulkan hingga sebati.
6. Siap, mudah dan simple

cili merah aida biasa buat dgn bendi, terung, ikan keli.
